We had an art/science project once for Kyrie where we melted all our little broken crayons together into muffin tins and made multi-colored crayons! The science was teaching how solids can change into liquid and change back again. Lots of fun! Glad the mess was contained in the bag and not on the floor or the seats of the car!
Isn't it amazing how hot it can get inside a car in the summer? I had that happen to some crayons the summer Eileen was born -- and it wasn't nearly as hot over here as it gets where you are! Like others have said, at least it was in a bag.
I was reading a comment you left on another blog about Macs...I bought one several months ago and cannot seem to get started on it...I think I am just intimidated by it...and feel bad that it is just sitting in the box....Where do I start? Any tips or helpful hints....Thanks, Teresa annah99@aol.com
Born and raised in Alaska, I graduated from the University of Idaho in 2004 with a degree in Public Relations but then decided that wasn't what I really wanted to do. I spent some time teaching preschool and then went back to school to get certified to teach elementary school. Now I live in Alaska with my husband and two boys.
