That was not me who thought it would be a good idea to let the 3-year-old have a big ice cream cone right before church. And after church I most certainly would not let him run from one end of the church to the other over and over again hoping he would run out of energy and eventually crash.

My post would have been just as short as yours had I not been keeping in a list in Notepad all week. This weekend was exhausting!
I have to do that with my 16 month old whether he has sugar or not! Boys just have way too much energy!
